Megalink understand that when purchasing components from open market, customer need the security of knowing that the vendor has been carefully selected. We always consider quality as our first concern, so that to build up long term partnership with customer. Therefore, we do every step of the components distribution chain, including Vendor Evaluation, Product Inspection, Tesing, Logistic Insurance. In fact, our No.1 priority is to deliver high quality parts to customer when there's a demand.
Supplier evaluation and ranking
all of our suppliers are formally selected, qualified, and continually evaluated. We collect informations including company size, business license, photo of operation office and warehouse and finacial statement if necessary. Only evaluated supplier can receive RFQs from Megalink. For supplier account, we have an internal ranking system. Each supplier account will be rankd by business size, volume, performances in quality, payment etc.
Detailed inspection and traceability
When parts arrive Megalink, our experienced shipping & Receiving specialists inspect every detail including outer packing, original label, inner packing, parts appearance, COC etc. We take each part photographs for documentation. Once a discrepancy is found, we will creat a discrepancy report and a solution to the supplier and customer. If there is any questions about the authenticity, we will send parts to a third party for further inspection.
Self-insured shipment
Shipments are fully insured in all transactions. Door to door delivery make purchasing easy and cost saving.
